Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your Zooqly purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase( Only available in the following countries and regions: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam. Returns are not supported in other countries and regions). However, the freight out and return shipping are your responsibility. We are not liable for any man-made damage. If the return is due to item quality, Zooqly will cover all return expenses and will not charge additional shipping fees for exchanges.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your credit card or PayPal account within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
